A 28 year old was executed this today at noon in Vlore. The victim is Amarildo Delaj and the murder took place at his bar, near the “28 Nentori” neighborhood. Two people that were at his table were injured by the bullets.
The killer has approached to the bar from the main road, has moved to a place where he had a clear view, and shot against the victim from behind the window glass. The 28-year-old Delaj died on the spot.
The other two persons were seriously injured. The police have found 18 cartridges at the scene. The author was wearing a cap and he left the scene by running among the apartment buildings.
The motives are still unclear. There might be a property conflict, but the other leads are not excluded neither.
